Today I attended A1 Ortos to purchase a Volvo XC90. The car was prestige and ready for me to take home immediately after purchase. My sales rep was Jay Nicol and he was absolutely amazing. Very informative, professional and friendly. An immaculate service and would definitely recommend.
Long story short, car picked up few months back, issues found immediately and issues found recently. 1: issues with vibration at braking, it continues still- tyres and pads changed, new disc will be on soon. Tyres were on a limit so had to be changed- oddly A1 does their own MOT and has not marked or highlighted issues with brakes or tyres.... odd isn't. Brake wear sensors on front cut off, plugs are missing, this has been ordered with last interim service done recently. Bolts holding disc on front left hub broken off. Right... read more
