A1 are polished, professional and friendly
Unfortunately our experience wasn’t so positive. My mum is a spinal cord patient, who had a pressure sore and had a PICO dressing. This was assessed by a team down in Sydney - however, needed to be dressed again in Port macquarie at home until her next visit with royal north shore. We organised for A1 nursing services to come and assist in re doing the dressing, The nurse didn’t come with any supplies, wasn’t familiar with dressings, didn’t even know what type of dressing my mum had and stated she had never seen it before.
