Communication is horrible. Alex the owner doesn’t even have a valid license. He is not honorable. 99% of the time you call you reach voicemail and if it's not full and you are able to leave a message you never get a call back. Most likely VM is full. He will do work without calling you and going over pricing and getting the okay to do the work. They did about $1800 worth of work the first round and did offer for us to bring back a couple of weeks later for free oil change, but he took it upon his self to change both knock se... read more
