We bought a car from A1. The day after buying a fault occurred with the car, Allan was fantastic and dealt with everything for us. Nothing was too much hassle. Unfortunately the fault persisted but Alan went above and beyond to get it sorted. He kept hold of my car until he was 100% happy that the issue was resolved, he also gave a courtesy car so I wouldn't be without one. Unfortunately I do not recommend this garage for sale of a car. I bought my car April 2024 on finance since then I have spent £2200 on repairs and various products including oil and radiator fluid. It has been in the garage 4 months out of the year I have owned it. Last week it failed its MOT due to various issues including the exhaust and tracking. If I had the option I wouldnt even give this company a star. Bought what I thought was a lovely looking car. Paid £5500 cash. I had saved hard for this. After a few weeks driving. The total exhaust needed replacing. Then the brakes then the drop links, coils and suspension went. I’ve now been told the engine is totally broken and I have to scrap it. The guy Alan seems nice but is not. When I rang for help he was if none. Beware if you’re spending a lot of money as they are quick to take but offer no help. Avoid avoid avoid! ... read more
