Great guys! Came out to repair my awning in a rain storm! Figured out what the problem was right away and secured my trailer for safe travel. Didn't have the part with them (drive shaft sheared off the motor) but ordered it before they left. Returned with the part shortly after they received it from the vendor to finish repair. Everything works great now and we are ready to keep traveling. Even took extra time to look at another little issue I was having.
