I had a deer jump through my dining room window, this company came out immediately and boarded my window. They returned a few days later with replacement glass unit. Being that it was very cold outside, they truly saved me from a much worse situation. I will reccomend them to anyone who needs glass or window work.

This January I hired A1 Minuteman,Inc. to repair my storms and screens. I called Kieth and he came and picked up the storms and screens. While he was in my house, I showed him the screen in my bathroom window. The latch was broken, and he said it needed a spring, and he would fix that. He took the screens and storms away with him, and unfortunately I did not count what he took away. Afterall, who would steal old storms and screens. On 5/4/10, Keith (principal of A1 Minuteman, Inc, aka The Window Doc), replaced glass in 3 separate windows. The glass was shipped from the manufacturer as part of warranty replacement for defects. The manufacturer has no ties to A1 Minuteman, Inc. In the process of the repair work, Keith damaged one of the new pieces of glass - cracked it. He charged $80 per window and took and cashed our check for the full amount of $240.00 and said that he would return to replace the one window he damaged as soon as the manufacturer re-sh... read more
