Terrible workmanship, dishonest, hazardous business On 5/4/2010, Keith (principal of A1 Minuteman, Inc, aka The Window Doc), replaced glass in 3 separate windows. The glass was shipped from the manufacturer as part of warranty replacement for defects. The manufacturer has no ties to A1 Minuteman, Inc. In the process of the repair work, Keith damaged one of the new pieces of glass - cracked it. He charged $80 per window and took and cashed our check for the full amount of $240.00 and said that he would return to replace the o... read more
