We found ourselves with another broken window, and again this service helped us out. It did take them a little time to respond, but it is all taken care of.

On 5/4/2010, Keith (principal of A1 Minuteman, Inc, aka The Window Doc), replaced glass in 3 separate windows. The glass was shipped from the manufacturer as part of warranty replacement for defects. The manufacturer has no ties to A1 Minuteman, Inc. In the process of the repair work, Keith damaged one of the new pieces of glass - cracked it.
