If I could give zero stars I would. I took my daughter to her internist appointment to try to figure out what is going on in her body as she has been deteriorating over the past 2 yrs and can hardly function now. He told her to drink water and wear compression stockings because her bloodwork was fine. He didn't even order any tests or do a physical exam. Went to figure out why i was dizzy, getting worse, shaking and couldnt do much daily without feeling terrible. Was told it was anxiety, and my mental health, because my chart and bloodwork was fine, and there was nothing physicaly wrong with me. But didnt do anything further.

Dr. Hancock has always been great, thorough and a good understanding of past and present meds and procedures. He and Paulette get 5 stars for their help and problem solving and communication. Over the last year or so, there seems to be a staffing change at the front desk and the communication is inconsistent, hard to understand and clients get treated like they are an inconvenience. Its frustrating.
