A bit disappointed, asked for neck massage only, stipulated neck and traps only multiple times, was promised it would be that way. Ended up with arms, chest, lower back even forearms. Never had a massage in rubber gloves either, which was kind of strange and uncomfortable. $90 only to get the opposite of what you asked for, and rubber gloves is a bit rough. This place is so average I cannot understand how someone can charge $70 for 45 mins of “massage” when it’s basically just long strokes all along the shin bone with no technique or massage fix whatsoever. I actually cut my massage short because not only was it absolutely shocker, but the masseuse had what felt cuts all over her hands that were scrapping all over my legs. Every time I go the lovely man at the front always finds a spot for me. All the massage therapists are amazing. Today Nana massaged me and it was one of the best massages I ever had. She did a hard pressure massage which is the only thing that gets the knots out of my back and also advised I get cupping. I feel amazing now!
