On Thursday, Aug. 27th I contacted this firm to replace a florescent fixture in my bathroom with an LED one. I sent him a picture of the fixture and he said he'd be out on Fri. the 28th around noon. After noon passed he called and said he'd been tied up on a job which had taken him longer than expected and asked if he could come on Saturday. I texted him back "OK". Well, here it is Saturday after 1:30 and I have heard NOTHING! People with a business to run ought to keep their prospective customers informed! Be aware!
That, has always been the goat 🐐 🙌🏿
