Use this place! He is excellent and he is local! He came out at midnight after we tried to get help for two hours. What a nightmare trying to get AAA or Subaru to help. And another place that only pretends it's local wasn't clear about price. This guy is great and helpful. Thank you!
Called A-1 Lock and Key Specialty when I was locked out of my vehicle. It was late. Mike dropped what he was doing and came out right away. He was knowledgeable and able to help me with everything that I needed in a very stressful situation. My family is very grateful for their service. Lost my business for having an attitude on the phone. Don't act inconvenienced by potential customers. Nasty Demeanor. Spends all his time responding to every negative review on google with "I don't know who you are" instead of learning to be kind to people. How embarrassing
Upfront about timeframe & pricing. Told us it would be about an hour and arrived at our house earlier than estimated, which was fantastic because it was 8:30pm. Very respectful of our property, and nothing was broken in the process of getting the deadbolt on our screen door unlocked. Highly recommend & we plan to keep their number on hand in the event we need their services again.
