I called to have my ignition switch replaced. The guy told me to have it towed to a dealer.
Mike is awesome, he was able to get to me pretty quick on a Sunday morning to get my keys out of my car, fantastic service.
This man has an attitude talk about making someone feel knocked down when already frantic about being locked out. He definitely showed a disliking towards children. Use this guy if you enjoy having rude customer service and if you don’t have kids lost my business and I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know.
Use this place! He is excellent and he is local! He came out at midnight after we tried to get help for two hours. What a nightmare trying to get AAA or Subaru to help. And another place that only pretends it's local wasn't clear about price. This guy is great and helpful. Thank you!
Called A-1 Lock and Key Specialty when I was locked out of my vehicle. It was late. Mike dropped what he was doing and came out right away. He was knowledgeable and able to help me with everything that I needed in a very stressful situation. My family is very grateful for their service. His price was reasonable, and I couldn't recommend him more.
