Called A-1 Lock and Key Specialty when I was locked out of my vehicle. It was late. Mike dropped what he was doing and came out right away. He was knowledgeable and able to help me with everything that I needed in a very stressful situation. My family is very grateful for their service. His price was reasonable, and I couldn't recommend him more.

Lost my business for having an attitude on the phone. Don't act inconvenienced by potential customers. Nasty Demeanor. Spends all his time responding to every negative review on google with "I don't know who you are" instead of learning to be kind to people. How embarrassing
Upfront about timeframe & pricing. Told us it would be about an hour and arrived at our house earlier than estimated, which was fantastic because it was 8:30pm. Very respectful of our property, and nothing was broken in the process of getting the deadbolt on our screen door unlocked. Highly recommend & we plan to keep their number on hand in the event we need their services again.
Excellent work and professional. Came to assist at our home late in the night. Was prompt and was able to get us inside in a short few minutes. Definitely recommend giving them a call.
