Car was late. Waited 20+ minutes. He told dispatch he was at the door, but he wasn't. Then they said her had trouble with his sticker. Hummm. Also, I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. The car (or driver) smelled strongly of cigarettes. This is the second time this has happened. I'm done with A1
LOVED THIS COMPANY! This company was awesome to work with. When I made ny reservation, the guy on the phone was incredibly polite and offered me the best options. He also made reccomendations on waiting for our limo until after we ate so we didn't wast time in the limo. The limo driver, Zoro, was incredible! He was on time and incredibly pleasant. He drove us to our stops and then drove us around the city for the rest of the night, taking us to places in the city to take incredible pictures. He knew the best places to stop f... read more

We hired 2 buses from A-1 Limousine for our son's wedding. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the service and the buses. We provided a schedule for several different pick ups throughout the day. We had the 2 buses transport our guests from 3 different hotels to the venue. We kept 1 bus for return transportation throughout the evening. Everything went beautifully! Tony was great to work with and very patient with my many questions! Thank you for helping to make this day go smoothly.
Excellent transportation service! Our driver was very pleasant and accommodating. She also knew her way around Chicago. Would definitely use again!
