Poor communication and poor advice I have never posted a less than stellar review in my life as I’ve never felt compelled to — I feel differently in this instance. I used this process server company to serve an individual in family court for a post-decree mediation. I had just over two weeks before the mediation date, so I specifically asked the owner whether that was enough time. He said yes without hesitation. We chose A1 Knock Knock mostly based on all of the great reviews. We unfortunately were not met with the same standard of service. After paying $120, I got a receipt and that was the only communication I still have received from this business aside from myself calling the owner 4 times. In huge print on their website verbatim reads "Our unique computerized system keeps you advised in real time via email on the progress of serving of your documents." Got the job done within a week. I'm sure it would've been sooner had there not been issues with the other party. I so wish communication would have been better but the communication I did have was very nice and professional. They made sure I had a copy of service and notified me immediately. Definitely recommend and would use again. Thank you!
