I had insurance for 2 years with A1. When it came time to cancel after moving to a different state, Robert was unbelievably rude, abrupt, and hung up on me. Then I had my new agent 3-way call to help me and he hung up on her too!!! What the heck is wrong with you? THEN the policy wasn't canceled properly, so my money was taken and bounced my account, when I went to call Robert HE HAD BLOCKED MY NUMBER. SO happy I got the hell away. BEWARE!
We've had A1 Insurance for almost a year and are very happy with the personalized care we received. Highly recommend!
Robert was great to work with took his time taking it through all the options saved us a good chunk of money and gave us great peace of mind.
