Very impressed with this shop. The company I work for has a Rigid Seesnake (sewer cam) that stopped working. I had fiddled with the connections but nothing happened. Brought it in and when it was plugged in the stupid thing worked. Despite that he spent thirty minutes looking it over. He took it apart put an ohm meter on all the pins, put dielectric grease on the connections before reassembling, and didn't find anything but also didn't charge anything for his time. Very helpful. Dropped a tool off for warranty fixing. It was replaced with a new one. When I picked up the replacement, I go there 10 minutes before closing on a Friday, they were fast and friendly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. But I was treated as if they were willing to stay and help me even if it went past closing time.
I brought my Ryobi pin nailer and finish nailer to be serviced after finding A1 on a list on Ryobi’s website. I knew the pin nailer needed a cleaning, but didn’t want to risk making it worse myself. The finish nailer had stopped firing, but again I didn’t want to be the one to take it apart. They both just needed a good cleaning it turns out!
