They sent out the part immediately and it was exact same part in the picture. It wasn’t one of those bait and switches and they kept in touch with me the whole time until I receive the part definitely use them again.. Cheers
No problems at all they did what they said they do!
At first the experience started off nice. I ordered the wrong transmission from them on eBay. They caught it by the VIN number and actually had to write Transmission and it was $500 more. I paid them the 500 more. Then it was shipped to my shop. This is when the problem started when the transmission was unwrapped. It was missing the PTO gasket and housing plate. Ordered new coil spring buckets and radius arm brackets for my 2006 f350 4x4 . I ve never seen a set of these brackets so clean .
