My furnace stopped working and he was able to troubleshoot it over the phone and tell me how to fix it myself. Another clean pant was going to charge me $300 just to come on a Saturday. He ain’t charge me anything and the part cost me $7 at Canadian tire. I’ve saved their number on my phone now!

I had the worst experience with A1 heating and Cooling. Ali/Allen installed a heat pump for me for over than 5000$ then ghosted me. He doesn’t respond to any calls or emails and never came back to check on his labour warranty. The heat pump stopped working after 3 months and they never backed up their labour warranty. I tried reaching out to them with no response. I definitely don’t recommend them to anyone unless they want to have a similar story of unprofessional work and lack of customer service.

A1 Heating & Cooling was recommended to us by a friend and we're glad to have followed their suggestion because we had an excellent experience with this company.
