I had the worst experience with A1 heating and Cooling. Ali/Allen installed a heat pump for me for over than 5000$ then ghosted me. He doesn’t respond to any calls or emails and never came back to check on his labour warranty. The heat pump stopped working after 3 months and they never backed up their labour warranty. I tried reaching out to them with no response. I definitely don’t recommend them to anyone unless they want to have a similar story of unprofessional work and lack of customer service.

A1 Heating & Cooling was recommended to us by a friend and we're glad to have followed their suggestion because we had an excellent experience with this company. These guys were great. Excellent work installing our new heat pump and great service afterwards as well. I really appreciated that the initial quote that they provided was the same as the final invoice. No unexpected additional costs. Came when they said they would, even though the weather wasn't great and finished the job the same day. Thanks.

A1 Heating & Cooling responded to my request for service in a very proficient manner. They were punctual, professional and there was no attempt to add any fictitious last minute charges. I would certainly recommend A1 Heating & Cooling to my friends and neighbors.
