Sam was polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. Our emergency heat kicked on when the temperatures were only in the high 60's. Sam was able to identify and show me the miswiring of a previous tech and the damage it caused. He replaced the part, fixed the wiring, and dropped our power bill for a more than fair price.

Unprofessional. Aggressive. Confrontational. My brother’s neighbor was having work done by this individual. However, this guy was plugged up to my brothers home using his power. This was noticed by way of doorbell camera, so when my brother arrived home from work to inquire on why his power was being used - the guy responded aggressively “IM WORKING, I WAS HIRED TO BE HERE!” Which has nothing to do with the question that was asked of him because he was NOT hired to do work at my brothers home. This is a SCAM!!! The guy came through a Homeowner Insurance service call. In 5-minutes without checking the unit at all, he told my husband that the AC was falling a part and there was nothing to be fix, and that my husband needed to buy a new one for special price of $6k if today he receives a check for the half. He also said that the warranty company was not going to cover any AC's repairs to pressure my husband to buy the AC from him. Some advice, you shouldn’t cut off and then proceed to try to run a family off the road in your company truck. I will definitely never do business with you
