Technicians are very professional, they have the answer to all yr questions, they're very respectful & respect yr request for no shoes inside house. Never had them return due to a problem they didn't take care of. However, there is a lady that answers the phone calls that needs customer service & how to treat techs better training.
Steve and his team recently installed a new Trane unit at my house. This is the second time in 4 years I have bought a new unit from A1 Heating and Air. His team is professional, on time, and the install quality was very good. The owner was on-site the whole day which shows he cares about his company name and stands behind its work. The A1 installers fixed a number of poor install and corner cutting issues left from the previous installer Thomas HVAC.
