Update (2025): Jesse rolled in for routine maintenance with great efficiency and professionalism. He gave the honest assessment of “you probably don’t need any of this since your system is in great shape, but we provide these other products and services as well if you’re interested.” Update: Josh B came out on an after-hours call to come fix our AC unit showing an error and not cooling.
