I started personal training with Tammy about 3 months ago and it has been a great experience. Tammy knows how to motivate you and push you everytime I'm there. She makes personal training interesting with different workouts. She has great ideas and makes training worth your time. I highly recommend Tammy for personal training. Thanks for all you do. I've seen results and I'm so happy.
Awesome place to work out, get strong, relieve stress, preserve bone density, make friends and learn it’s ok to do whatever I can to start my day strong and energized. Great coaches that coach good technique is primary.

Great gym with challenging, well-structured workouts. The facility is clean, and the coaches bring solid energy and knowledge to every session. I’ve seen real progress since joining and always leave feeling accomplished. Definitely recommend!
I have been going here for almost 3 weeks and never have felt better. So blessed to have done this ! All the participants and coaches are so great!!
