The coaches are exceptional. They truly care about each person's overall health. I had a surgery this year and they adapted my workouts to fit my abilities for my safety and long-term well-being. The classes are challenging, but fun because the people at this gym are amazing.
I have been coming to A1 Health and Fitness for 3 years. They have a great staff that is very knowledgeable on nutrition and working out. The people coming to the gym and very helpful and friendly. Great place to go.
