I’ve had nothing but great experiences at A1 Hawk. I’ve purchased a couple new with tags purses for my girlfriend and several tools. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You should always check with them before going and purchasing from a retail shop. They have many new and like new items at deep discounts.
I've had one Bad experience with tonya i believe that was her name. She cheated me out of $25 when she gave me $80 on my loan i was the bigger person .i didn't complain because i left the store before i realized she shorted me but other than that I've been a loyal customer for a very long I love a1 hawk. Well she's gone now and the staff is great. Thanks A1

My first time going here and never coming back , horrible service , they judge you by how you look. Went in yesterday 11-17-19 to pawn a iPod that my friend had for a long time and one tall women with highlights , saying she was Mexican started to discriminate me and my friend can’t believe that’s the service you get ridiculous.
Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received in a pawnshop! These two ladies were on the ball and greeted me and took me to the items I was looking at with professionalism and sincerity. Highly, highly, highly recommended!!!!
