I initially received a loan for 1 Dooney & Bourke Bag, and did another SEPARATE loan for another Dooney plus a Coach. A1 Hawk ALWAYS sends reminders, and although I was sent reminders regarding my first loan, I wasn't sent reminders regarding the last loan, and upon inquiring about the last loan, the young lady said she couldn't explain why no correspondence was sent. So of course I lost my 2 bags, BUT she offered me the bag from the FIRST loan, that I NEVER renewed and supposedly lost in September!!! Not sure what's going o... read more
