5 star review for me!! My car was towed there after an accident in Garden City. I had the choice to go elsewhere but did not. Best decision I ever made. The gentlemen that work at this shop treated me like I was their mother! Great service and more importantly, my car looks and drives better than ever before! I would and will use this business again and so should you!!
My car was in an accident in Garden City and the police insisted on taking the car to this shop. That was an immediate red flag. I Googled this shop and saw all of the terrible reviews so wanted to get the car to a GEICO authorized shop where I knew I would be treated fairly. Grand Autobody would not allow the GEICO appraiser to see the car and they told my sister she had to sign three authorizations to have it released.
