I've used them twice lately - to have a hive thermostat installed and a boiler service / radiator assesment. Both young men (Jake and Jhavanne) who turned up on the 2 different occasions were extremely polite, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I would use them again as I was impressed by both of them.

Highly recommended. They have recently serviced our boiler, installed a Hive, replaced a radiator, and then came to our rescue on a Sunday evening when we had a leak from a pipe in our airing cupboard ( nothing to do with any of the work they had recently done!) All the engineers we have dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable , courteous and everything was immaculately clean and tidy when they had finished. Office staff also friendly and efficient

My outside wall lights had not worked for years so contacted A1 Gas Force. Within 2 minutes I had a call, an electrician was booked to see what the issue was. Parts were ordered and a day later, Trevor, arrived promptly, and installed the lights, cleaning up, and did a great job! He even did another small job without hesitation! Had an issue with toilets and taps leaking and in need of fixing and replacement. Sukhi was great. Worked fast and clean. Very polite and courteous.

Absolute superstars, highly recommended. I had an issue with my boiler, it’s was loosing pressure and leaking water. The first guy came out within the hour to review the situation, and made the boiler work so I at least had hot water. He didn’t have the parts needed to replace the filter that was broken so Sukhi came out the following morning to fit the new parts. Amazing service from start to finish, and lovely chaps too. Ohh and so reasonable on price also.
