I’ve been a homeowner for 45 years and I’ve had a lot of service technicians come by the house and Tim is by far the best ever. Started out with a meet and greet, and then he told me to come back after he does the inspection. He explained me what I’m up against, giving me all options available. I just thought it was extremely professional, and he was really pleasant to work with, a guy that likes his job. I was very impressed by him thanks.
A-1 technicians were professional and efficient for the annual tune up.
Jordan showed up on time and was very helpful in looking at my door problem. He was good to work with and provided an estimate for the repair. Because of the specific door, he has ordered a custom part to fix it and will do that when the part arrive. I am happy with the timeliness of the repair and quality of the person. :)
Isaac did a great job!!!!! Would recommend him highly.
