Stephan Anderson from A1 was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my garage door and how to repair it. Stephan was very patient and delivered excellent consultation and repairs needed. I only wanted the lowest dollar amount in repairs, but after Stephan showed me the problem with my 21+ garage door and opener, I decided to go with top of the line repairs and upgrade. Robert was fantastic! He fixed and identified issues that the first technician missed in November. We had to have Robert come out because once the first technician was here, the door worked worse than it did previously..
