Installer was professional and courteous. Replaced garage door quickly. Did not leave a mess. Went over what was replaced.
We had a very good experience with Eduardo from A-1. He was friendly, professional, and had explained the evidence of his findings. He had explained our options and applied no pressure to sell us more than we needed. He had taken time to explain the features of our new opener. He made assurance of our comfort and understanding of it. I would suggest A-1 in the future based on our experience with Eduardo.
Mike was a very knowledgeable man. He took time to teach us new home owners garage door basics. He was through and did a great job.
