Tony was great. The automated schedule got me worried but it worked and schedule was right on time. Tony was very fast and garage door works great now.
The technician was very knowledgeable and got the work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend A1 to anyone looking for professional services.
The technician was able to come out the same day, which I appreciated. He seemed knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely enjoyed his work. My main concern was that the issue was never clearly diagnosed. Throughout the visit, several potential problems and fixes were identified, and I had to approve additional repairs as we went.
