Jeremiah Hessig responded to my home today to make adjustments on my garage doors. He was extremely professional and knowledable. They had a special going where there was no service charge ($59.95). He ended up changing out the main spring and got a nice reduction for me in that price. He even checked the other door while he was there. I would absolutely use A1 for my garage door needs. I also have never done a review before, I do not do these, he was just that good!!
Jack is very professional and easy to speak to about our garage door. He was very clear about the purpose of the parts we purchased. Gave us good advice about how to keep the door in top shape. *****
