Shawn was excellent! Provided complete education on entire garage door cabling, springs, motor function, balancing etc. He was able to determine the issue on the smaller door in a matter of minutes - programming was effect by recent power outage. As we inspected the large door (3-car garage) we discovered that springs were warn and needed to be replaced as well as side plates… He was able to complete that work in an hour. Great job Shawn
