Super responsive and helpful through every step of the repair! Our garage door opener quit working and was quite old and in need of replacement. Kaitlyn in the office was able to help answer questions about what to expect and get our service call scheduled the same week. A-1 Garage door came to the rescue today after our spring broke with our car stuck inside. They were all very professional from the initial phone call to Alex our technician. Alex was so helpful in explaining all my options and setting up our cars and all our openers. He went above and beyond, we were so very thankful. We definitely made the right decision choosing A1 Garage door.
Alex was a very nice and personable. Young man explained everything to us very thorough gave us a brochure of the new doors that we might have to use in the upcoming years. I would definitely ask for him again and recommend him to anybody. Tell him thank you again.
I was very happy with my service today, but I knew I would be since I talked to Larry on the phone to make the appointment. Larry was so thorough with his questions to make sure the technician had what I needed. When the technician, Alex, got there, I was very thrilled with him being so professional.
