Eric was very knowledgeable, professional, and competent. Great social skills as well. A winning combination. This time around I needed help with the remote door openers and possible addition of safety sensors. Ray, our, technician, came prepared for both eventualities. In addition resolving the remote control issue he programmed our cars' mirrors to allow access to the garage as well. Very pleased with his performance.
