I’m in OR and just found out that A1 is no longer in our area. Where the garage door rail attaches to the wall is coming out and it appears that it was never put in a stud. The second screw is not long enough either. I would not use this company in any state.

Nothanyell was an absolute expert on the project. It started with a broken tension spring. He promptly arrived and diagnosed all the issues going on. Aside from the broken spring, he pointed out how the motor was also going to fail from the torqued sprocket and showed me the metal shavings and slacked chain to prove it. All the other components were still in good shape and he just recommended the necessary items that needed replacing.
