Service was fast but very expensive. It was over $500.00 for ½ Hour and trip time. The worker did have to get on a ladder.This was a shop door with ¾ rollers off. He did not install any new parts except for some bolts. I asked why it was so expensive and he answered that he had many years of experience. I advise shopping around. Timely, efficient, super nice, job well done. I’m happy with my door!!! Details: My new door was part of a bigger garage renovation and the team did a wonderful job accommodating the logistical issues of installing the parts when the drywall wasn’t attached and all the other problems during a renovation. They scheduled things quickly for me each time. They came back quickly to move my motor location when I wasn’t happy with it. Terribly overpriced, will sell you far more than you need. They have also abandoned the Portland area market and all of the customers they promised warranties to. You would be much better served to go with a different company that isn't run out of Phoenix AZ and so profit hungry at the expense of unwitting customers.
They came and replaced my garage door motor last year and they did a great job. The garage door has never been so quiet. It ran so nice. Even though the garage door is over 50 years old, they still replaced the motor and did a great job. But when I called him back this year to have them come help me reinstall the camera to my phone and a $59 service call fee and they said they were going to be over here between 8:00 and 10:00. They never showed. So when I called all the sudden they don't service Portland anymore. I said well... read more
This company replaced our garage doors and gave us a fair deal. However, they left an extra panel. I called a few days after they finished to see if they would come get it and they told us they no longer serve the Portland market. They won't pick it up and they won't honor the 5 year service contract or warranty we purchased. I suspect they knowingly sold us a contract they wouldn't be able to fulfill. We are pissed and may have to pursue legal action. Go with someone else.
