A1 Door sent Chris to answer my call for garage door maintenance. He was very careful to explain the service charge annd what it included, upon my request. He then told me that if he found anything which needed done, he would check with me first. He found a couple of things and told me the cost. There was no high pressure at all, which I appreciated. I would recommend them and use them again!
I saw that A1 Garage Door Service had a tune-up special for $29.95 so I made an appointment because my garage door opened and closed very loud. Waylon Bloss was my Technician and he was very knowledgeable about what my garage door needed to operate efficiently. As it turned out I needed new springs but they came with a 5 year warranty. That, along with the 29 point inspection, tune-up and adjustments, now my garage door opens and closes the way it's supposed to.
