I was in a bad place with another company failing to complete my request. At my witts end I called A1 Door and they came out the same day to give me a quote. They went over so many other options that I didn’t even once think about. A1 completed the install within 5 weeks since I was a special order. Bryan was awesome. Very professional and did a great job. Asked me some questions of my preference did everything how I wanted it. He walked me through all the process of the new doors and openers. I will not use this company again. Tony told me the garage door was installed improperly and that the springs should only last 2 years (on new build) and bearings were wearing down etc. He charged me $342 for putting the wire back on and leveling the door. He wrote me an estimate for over $970 to “fix” it permanently. Since the home was only 2 years old, I declined and called the builder (whom the founder of A1 worked for before A1).
