Andrew was very knowledgeable and offered experience advice without being pushy, I liked that.
Nate was professional and very nice. My garage door wasn’t shutting all the way. My service call was to only shut my garage door. No repairs, I was charged over $300 to simply get the door down all the way. Took maybe 45 minutes to an hour or less to achieve this. I explained when they arrived that I was not interested in any repairs at the time, only getting it shut. I was then quoted almost $2000 in repairs. This is the second time I have had A1 out.
