Nick was very thorough. I felt he went beyond dealing with what I called for. I felt he took a salesman approach because every little detail that was not right on my garage door and the opener was brought up. I guess that’s his job though. Anyhow, I just wanted to get the Reason the garage door was opening on its own at times dealt with and taken care of.
