Robert was extremely professional. Came back to fix a blemish in the new weatherstripping. Told me he was appreciative of my understanding on the time it took to finish the repair completely. Overall the it was a pricey ordeal. But Robert was a pleasure to work with.

Robert did an excellent job, was on time and very professional. He installed a lock and performed a tuneup. Garage door is much better and not as noisy. I would definitely recommend his services, and I will be calling him next time I need service. Thank you!

Recently had my operator replaced, along with the spring. My serviceman was Robert, and he was excellent. He informed me what he was going to do, and went to work. He went over instructions and the warranty process, and made recommendations for future improvements. He was neat and took all the packing material away. I signed up for the maintenance plan, and will be a A-1 customer forever. I recommend Robert and A-1 without hesitstion.
