What a great experience during a stressful event. We had our initial repairs done to make the garage safe, which was all credited towards our purchase… talked through options with the product specialist to pick the right replacement (a slight upgrade from our current “construction grade” door)… and had the replacement technician come (early/on time) and finished the door in no time. Every contact that I have experienced with all employees and technicians from A1 has been superb. Robert, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and informed me of all steps during the annual check up for my garage doors by A1. Robert explained all the steps he was taking during the process. A1 has the best customer service and the company deserves a 5 star rating.
