They called the morning of my appointment and said they’d come early if I was available. The tech Craig arrived within about 20 minutes from that call. Craig was quick to diagnose my issue and pointed out a few other safety issues that I’d missed. He quoted a reasonable price for the repairs and even offered suggestions on future things to watch for. Craig made the necessary repairs quickly and even showed me all the things he’d done. The job was done quickly and Craig did a great job.
Ian did an excellent job! He was professional and very knowledgeable and the customer service was top notch!
Went into great detail explaining the cause of our problem, promptly fixed our issue, and provided insight regarding potential problems. Great service!
