My husband and I stopped in here on Saturday afternoon. There were 3 employees in the store. First two did not greet us and the third not until I approached her directly and asked for the specific flooring I was looking for. She pointed out where we can find it and left us. We spent some time comparing the different products, laying the samples on the floor and talking to each other about it and the employee never came back to us.
