My husband and I stopped in here on Saturday afternoon. There were 3 employees in the store. First two did not greet us and the third not until I approached her directly and asked for the specific flooring I was looking for. She pointed out where we can find it and left us. We spent some time comparing the different products, laying the samples on the floor and talking to each other about it and the employee never came back to us. Had an excellent experience dealing with Amber in store. She took time to answer all of our questions and meet all our expectations and more. The install team were very polite and did a great job. My floor looks great.
