We showed up at 2:35pm and it was closed for lunch with a return time of 2:30pm. we waited until 2:50 and no one showed up so we ended up going to metro. Poor Service.

I have to say. This company went out of their way, to make sure things got handled!! I hit a little bump, and the owner called me personally and gave me her cell number, went completely out of her way, to make sure I was taken care of. I call that customer service. And again. I thank you all
I went to the location on Hualapai today and Covita (sp) was so wonderful. She went above and beyond what she needed to. I needed to renew my license and was told that I could go to this location. Licensing neglected to tell me though that this location closed at 1 pm. I showed up almost a half hour after they closed. Covita had already shut everything down, but re-opened for me so that I could get everything taken care of since I had already driven across the city to get this done.
