Booked them to inspect a chimney. Told them how important it was that they honor the booked time and date. They called me 1 hour before they were supposed to be there, and gave 3-4 different lame excuses for why they needed to reschedule. Do not trust this company, they are unreliable.
I would NOT recommend this place for any work. I hired them to replace refractory panels for my fireplace and the work was amateur and that is being polite. I asked for an itemized bill and was only sent a receipt for the work through a third-party service. I was promised by Alejandro that I would receive a chimney inspection certificate and did not receive one after completion of the work.
