My wife was sold a promotional deal to save $1200. booked one car in for a minor service and was quoted over $1300 dollars for a timing belt replacement - my regular mechanic did it for $500 less. Gave them a second chance and booked a car in for brake pads. They rang and stated the discs need replacing for $850 as they were too thin. I told them just put the pads on.
