Okay but pricey They did an overall good job on the items that I brought in; however, the prices seemed a little bit higher for some of the items as opposed to other places. In addition, they could not provide a definite price at the time of drop-off for one of the items. They did, however, remove some stains that I felt would be difficult to get rid of. Satisfactory, but I'll look elsewhere.

I took a man's suit and a single shirt with French cuffs in 5 days ago to be cleaned. My instructions were to dry clean and press the suit jacket and pants and to launder & press the shirt with heavy starch. This was December 24, 2013. I phoned & spoke with a young lady before taking these items to be cleaned to ensure I'd have them back in time for New Year's Eve. She assured me I could pick them up on 12/30/2013. worst customer service – They misplaced my suit a few years ago, right before i had several interviews & the teenaged boy working there did nothing to help us, so I had to buy a new one before they eventually found it & we boycotted them for many years. We tried them again recently & once again the presumed owner's son blatantly lied to my husband & has decided to squabble over a few dollars rather than keep a customer happy. we are completely disgusted, & we are through with this dry cleaner! are they ANY honest cleaners in... read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! – This establishment ruined an expensive sweater set of mine and did not tell me about it when I picked up the garment. When I found out, I went back to talk to the owner and she said that this was a manufacturer defect. She told me that I needed to go back to the store that I bought the sweater from to get my money back. She not only refused to reimburse me for the sweater, she would not give me back the money that she charged for the dry cleaning to begin with.
