I really appreciate the hard work of docs at fawkner clinic but the staff need more more training especially nurses. Please don't play with the lives of Patients who are already sick and need better treatment not there for execuses from untrained staff
I’m a regular patient at A1 Doctor Surgery, and Dr. Saeeda has always been amazing — professional, kind, and truly caring. Even when I come for a walk-in appointment, I never leave disappointed. The wait can be a bit long sometimes, but it’s worth it for the excellent care. Rawan at reception is always so helpful and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring GP!
I have visited A1 Doctor Surgery several times, and while I appreciate the medical expertise of the doctors themselves, I am very disappointed with how this clinic is managed in terms of patient scheduling and respect for time. One of the most important aspects of healthcare service is not only the quality of treatment but also the efficiency and respect for patients’ schedules. Dr. Shukrani is wonderful! He is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Staff is great , excellent customer service , professional and they listen and make you feel cared for. Very clean clinic, Highly recommend!!
