Fawkner Clinic has been a game-changer for my health. The GPs here are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to get to the root of any issue and actually follow through with care plans that work. I had booked an appointment online for 1:40 PM with Dr. Shinkari and arrived on time. Despite this, I was left waiting until 2:38 PM while other patients who arrived after me were seen before me. My appointment was repeatedly pushed back without any explanation or update. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially since I had scheduled the appointment early to ensure I could pick up my child from school. I’m extremely disappointed with Dr. Saeda and her practice. I desperately needed a female doctor and I am a patient at this clinic. I tried to book an appointment for my daughter as a new patient, and was outright refused without a valid reason. As a parent, it’s incredibly frustrating to be turned away when your child needs care. I expected compassion and professionalism, but was met with neither.
