First time. New to the area. This company screwed over this senior citizen. Told me twice - at 8am when I initially called and 11am (when I called back after being told they would call me at 10 with a time frame) - a plumber was coming to look at my hot water heater within about two hours. Told the guy both times I would be home all day. Before noon when I got a missed call from a different number, I tried to contact them. Honest, on time, very knowledgeable… Called a company to service me out of Covington and I was quoted $1,150.00. I called A1 the owner came fixed my issue without having to break foundation for less then $300 on a Sunday afternoon with no additional pricing given it was a Sunday! He saved me money, foundation, and didn’t even have to cut more sheet rock to open the space! Highly recommend!

We called for the scald guard to be adjusted in our kids bathroom, within 1 hour he had arrived, adjusted the guard and was on his way!
