I was very disappointed with the service here. My husband called around to different shops to find one that could specifically work on his bike. Since it is an 86 Honda Shadow, in need of repair. Not in the best cosmetic shape but it was his vehicle for daily commute. When he took the bike in it was running on one cylinder. He RODE it into the shop on one cylinder. Very bad service. my bike was bogging down, they said it was only running on 3 cylinders. They replaced the spark plugs didn't fix the problem gave the bike back to me as they didn't want to fix it, didn't know how obviously. And to top it all off they gave it back to me with the engine management light on (a fault that was not there when I dropped it to them) I questioned them about this and they just ignored me, like it didn't happen. I got introduced to Mike at a1 cycles through an engine builder in California. Since I purchased my Harley I had a few issue on an ongoing base. The first year I took it back they said I don't know what I am talking about and they know better. After the warranty expired I took the bike to Chester's Fort Lauderdale Harley and they said I had to change the battery and maybe do a few modifications to the engine. Im in the automotive service industry and know good service when i find it, previouslt i had taken my ninja zx14 to browardmotorsports and had several unprofessional experiences, i found A1 cycles and have to say that all my phone converstations were very professional the owner was able to isolate my problem asap and fix the bike. i would strongly recommend you trust these professionals with your ride!!!
