So I called before I came. I was promised that I would get a haircut. I told Maria what time I would be showing up. I showed up and she has 2 clients ahead of me. She tells me. I need to wait which I told her over the phone I couldn't. I thought she understood that no good service. She will go ahead and take someone in front of you without regard to your time. Don't waste your time here

Ok I've gotten a lot of cheap haircuts. But I've never really gotten unprofessional haircuts. I was really disappointed in A1. First, I've never been sat down in a station that wasn't cleaned up between customers. I was sitting there with the last customer's hair all over the floor and chair, hair still in the scissors and towel on the counter. It was quite gross. Not impressed, I was offered to dye my hair which I agreed to, (should’ve have known better), she just slapped dye on my hair which I could’ve done myself. I’ve dyed my hair many times and has come out better than getting it “professionally” done. Thinking she would use a different method because “they know better” literally just applied it on my hair, didn’t even cover it while the dye worked. I asked for haircut on my daughter's hair, which they washed it but not blow dry. Once getting home I noticed that Paloma doesn't know how to cut hair, my daughter's hair is shorter on one side and in the back of her hair there's uneven spots. Not coming back!
