I am writing this review to share my experience with this body shop, and unfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing. This shop has had my vehicle since July 17 for right front collision damage. We agreed on a total price of $5,100, and I was allowed to split the payments into four installments. I made three $1,100 payments for parts and sent the final payment in September. I was never late on any payment—every time I said I would send money, I did. I chose this shop for collision work to my vehicle. Not only did they keep my vehicle for 45 days, but even then the work was not completed. One part was never installed, claiming that they were still waiting for it to be shipped. Windshield washer fluid still leaks right out and my rental fees were up to 800 dollars waiting for them to finish. Wrong choice for precise collision work.
Owner is very knowledgeable and gives great customer service. I was very happy with the results.
