Cannot rate Rod & his team highly enough. We had issues with our caravan batteries, Rod fitted us in & had problem sorted within minutes! What we thought could be a major problem Rod quickly sorted it & us out. HONEST, PROFESSIONAL & CARING a rare thing in the caravan business! Absolutely massive shout out to Rod the A1 team for helping me majorly with an urgent Hiace repair last week. Were able to fit me in during a hectic period for them due to how stressed i was about a leak in my hatch roof fan. Everything was done perfectly and way ahead of when i was expecting. Quotes and work done was also completely transparent. Major appreciation for them.
The team at A1 were fantastic. 12v and brake connection between the car and the van were the issue. Thw team explained the issue and what they did clearly. Will definitely be back for any other work required.

Sending a huge shout out to Rod, Dwyane and the crew for helping us out with an urgent caravan repair last week. From the 1st phone all, Rod explained that they were extremely busy but they would try to assist us. The business is located on a very busy road and difficult to reverse a van into the workshop however with all the professionalism of traffic wardens, 2 workers quickly assisted getting the van in safely.
