My car looks amazing. Like new. The damage was repaired perfectly and it drives perfectly. The process went very smoothly even getting picked up by rental company and being able to leave the rental at the body shop for return. The text updates were an added feature and if that were not enough my car was beautifully detailed (no I am not kidding-there is not a crevice inside or out that is not clean) and now I need to know the product used on my floor mats because I can never get them to look like that! Andreas was so kind my car broke down on the highway and he pulled over to help me when he wasn’t even working and got my car out of the lanes so I can imagine he takes great care of customers. Would definitely recommend
The ladies at the front office absolutely the best to work with. I had a large scratch across 2 doors from a parking lot hit and run. Their detailer was great about setting realistic expectations of buffing out deep scratches. His work came out so good, our Silverado looks brand new! I immediately booked them again for work on one of other cars!
Office staff is extremely unprofessional, I personally just witnessed Kristen call my mother directly about a review she submitted. Never in my entire career in service have I ever seen someone call a client directly about a review and be this confrontational and rude. I quote directly ‘you said your piece online now you will listen to mine’. I do not know what transpired during the exchange and transaction but this is a hard no what I just witnessed.
