Office lady was prompt polite and even funny. You cant beat that. Great service and helpful explanation on process. So far so good let's see how the job turns out. That said Im confident Im in good hands.
My car looks amazing. Like new. The damage was repaired perfectly and it drives perfectly. The process went very smoothly even getting picked up by rental company and being able to leave the rental at the body shop for return. The text updates were an added feature and if that were not enough my car was beautifully detailed (no I am not kidding-there is not a crevice inside or out that is not clean) and now I need to know the product used on my floor mats because I can never get them to look like that! Andreas was so kind my car broke down on the highway and he pulled over to help me when he wasn’t even working and got my car out of the lanes so I can imagine he takes great care of customers. Would definitely recommend
