I have been a loyal customer to A1 Committed Autocare for over 10 years now. My 1990 Honda Accord would not still be operable if not for Deepak and his expertise repair technicians. If you need a good, honest repair shop with guaranteed excellent results, I highly recommend A1 Committed Autocare and I have recommended them to friends, who have used their services as well.
So disappointed Absolutely awful. I was rear ended and decided to take my 6 month old car in. The biggest mistake I could have made. They did an absolutely awful job. I picked it up at night and the next day looked at the job in the sun light. After speaking with the shop manager, he told me to bring it back and they would make it right. After a second visit, they still did not correct their mistakes. This shop does not have the resources or professionals to do the job they claim they can do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
A1 is truly A1 and is truly committed My 1993 toyota pickup smoked and just died on me. This was in July of 2007. I had it towed to the nearest firestone - Lewisville (shame on me). I left it there for a day and the guy at firestone said it would cost me about $1200 best case scneario and $1600 worst case scenario. Good Deal! I recently had a car crisis and had the best experience with this shop. The owner gave me a very fair price, and worked with me on the payments. He also let me know of a bunch of small things that he could fix to make the car run better and last longer. He made sure to show me diagrams and give me a lot of information on what exactly he was doing, and showed me all of the old parts that needed to be replaced. He was also nice enough to come pick me up, which was a lifesaver. They have my business for life.
Great Work, Lightning Fast Turnaround, Friendly People My water pump went out on my Jeep. I called A1 and brought it in around 9am. By 2pm it was replaced and ready to go. I was amazed! Deepak "Dave", the owner is really friendly and loves to get to know you personally. I have lots of options for car care here in Arlington, but A1 has my business!
