I would never recommend going to this office. About 6 months ago I was completely rushed by the dental assistant doing my cleaning, she didn’t even let me finish my new patient paperwork before pulling me back. Was in such a rush she thought I was there for a basic cleanup instead of a first-time appointment including X-rays/etc. Worst cleaning job ever, still had buildup when she was done. She was gone out of the parking lot herself before I even paid and finished my paperwork. Older lady with red hair. Do not recommend.
First i would like to start this review with mentioning that I have been going to his office for six years and I never had a bad experience with the Doctor or the Cleaning stuff but about two weeks ago I had a terrible experience with the front desk and that made me decide not to go back and also the rest of my family is not willing to go back to this office. Extraordinary! If we had more dentist like Robin, the world would have a cleaner mouth. The office is very clean and neatly decorated, the folks at the front desk were friendly and inviting. Robin was very descriptive when going through my appointment. I felt very comfortable and for the first time my whole life, I can’t wait until my next appointment. Thank you.
Made an appointment two months out to see a specialist as my dentist referred me for a painful tooth. Long time to wait. When we get there the parking lot looks a busted up with road debris scattered everywhere same thing with all the other parking lots in the vicinity. Get inside and they tell me there’s no record of me or an appointment tells me they can book another two months out. Hahahaaha my first mistake was trusting a dentist called a-1 that’s just so they can get in the phone records first. Can’t go by a family name... read more
Ive never had a bad experience here. They really make a effort to make you feel comfortable and dont make you feel bad about issues
